Professor Nicole Weckman (ISTEP, ChemE) has been appointed the Paul Cadario Chair in Global Engineering at the University of Toronto. The chair, which is an interdisiplinary appointment between the University of Toronto Institute for Studies in Transdisciplinary Engineering Education & Practice (ISTEP) and Chemical Engineering & Applied Chemistry, aims to advance engineering solutions for vulnerable communities around the world.
